It is possible that your internet explorer settings may be causing our web pages to not display correctly. When you visit a webpage your computer stores a copy of that page on your hard drive. This allows for quicker access to it the next time you visit as it just loads the page from your computer instead of downloading it from the internet. This is ok until the webpage is updated because when you re-visit the site the page will be loaded from your computer instead of from the website and any changes will not be seen.
To make sure your computer always downloads the most recent version of the webpage you can do the following:
Click on Tools/Internet Options from the menu bar
Under Temporary Internet Files select Check for newer versions of stored pages 'every time I visit the webpage' then click Ok
Click on settings in the browsing history section
Click on 'Delete temporary internet files'
Close the browser window and try the link again, hopefully this will fix the problem.
