Inside the house:

- Electrical work in kitchens or bathrooms other than replacing light fitting

Outside the house:
- Roofing or guttering
- Work on conservatories
- Working on ladders (apart from step ladders)
- Major repairs to paths/drives
Handypersons do not:
- Accept any job which is likely to take more than half a day to complete, with the exception of painting and decorating.
- Accept any job requiring the use of large tools such as cement mixers etc.
- Respond to any calls for emergency assistance out of office hours. They can only respond during office hours where individuals are known to be at high risk.

Security Work
If you feel particularly at risk of becoming a victim of burglary, please contact us and our Handyvan will pay you a visit. A Handyperson will assess your needs and install security and safety devices such as locks, door chains, spy holes and smoke alarms.
